Dear WCS
Thank you for a splendid rehearsal last night - some really excellent singing and tremendous progress. Thanks to Howard for last week, clearly some proper work happened, which is very heartening.
This week, we rehearsed:
Vivaldi - 1 (gloria), 2 (et in terra pax) and 12 (cum sancto spiritu)
Rutter - 5 (fecit) - [A] to [E]; 2 (of a rose)
Next week, we will rehearse:
Vivaldi - 8 (Domine fili unigenite), 11 and 12
Rutter - 1, finish 5, 6
Here is a smashing performance of the Vivaldi - sounds terrific, and I bet you all wish I would conduct you like this...
