Dear WCS
Well done again last night! Some really good, vibrant singing - sorry I pushed you so hard in "There is no Rose", but when it clicked, it was so lovely, I hope that showed you just what you can do when you get it just right.
For those not able to come, we sang:
Winter Wonderland
I Saw Three Ships
Happy Holiday
Britten - Hodie Christus; Wolcum; There is no Rose; Balulalow
We have now covered every note of the Britten - next week I'll focus on I Sing of a Maiden and revise the opening movement, and maybe one or two others as well. We'll also aim to finish Leighton and revise Pärt.
Best wishes to you all, have a good week and here's hoping for a break in the clouds...
